Do I qualify for a trade account?

Any industry professional can apply for a trade discount. Hoteliers and commercial project leads are welcome to apply for a trade discount too.​

How do I apply for a trade account?

Please email us with your credential and we will set up a trade account for you.

How to place orders?

Send us an email with the items and quantities you want, and we’ll reply with a custom invoice including trade pricing.

Is there a minimum order?

Please check with us directly as minimum order requirements can vary.There is no minimum order quantity for trade purchases. Please note that some products, for example Dinning Chairs that are exempt from trade discounts.

Can my trade discount be combined with other discounts?

The trade discount can not be used in conjunction with other percentage discount offers. Our complimentary shipping offer does apply to trade orders.

Can I use COM (customer's own material) on made to order upholstery?

Yes you can. This will need to be done on your end upon receipt of your piece to kick off your Custom Made To Order.

How can we view collection pieces in person?

You can view our pieces at any of our stockists or at our China headquarters. Please contact us to arrange a time to view our pieces in Foshan,China.

Are fabric samples available?

Simply place a sample order through Swatches Page:https://linenworld.shop/swatches, and we’ll delivery them to you. in 5-7 business days (varies slightly by location). The cost of the swatches will be fully refunded to your first order.​

Can we request a delayed shipping date?

We will do everything we can to accommodate your delivery requests. Please contact us and we will work with you to ensure your clients delivery experience is optimal.​
